It’s The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year

It’s hard to believe Christmas time is here again. Julie and I want to thank you for stopping by and reading our story and looking at our pictures. As this year comes to a close we’re thankful for all of the family time we got to have this year. Julie and I plus Whitney and Nigel got to attend the Brian Setzer Orchestra Rockin Christmas Show at the Ryman to kick off my Birthday week. Instead of running around all over Nashville, I just wanted to spend the entire day with my family. We grilled, we partied and then all went to see The Justice League. It wss a wonderful day.

As Julie, Yancy and Rhythm flew out to start Yancy’s Christmas Concert season I drove down to Birmingham and got to spend my Mom’s Birthday with her and my sister. We had a blast until the next morning when I woke up right in the middle of Alabama’s Winter Apocalypse. So I drove north to no snow so I could attend our church’s Volenteer Christmas Party with Whitney and Nigel. It was a wonderful night. I just have never understood why someone would attend church someone and not serve and give back.

The next week I headed over to Atlanta to celebrate the end of the year with all my Orange and NextGen Staff Solutions family. It’s an honor to get to work with such a wonderful organization.

With time running out from this wonderful year I can’t wait to celebrate with my family and church friends the true meaning of Christmas. I’m thankful that God’s one and only son became flesh and dwelt among us. But He didn’t stay a baby, He grew up and made a way for us all to become sons and daughters and be a part of God’s family.

Thanks again for stopping by and for catching up. We’d love to hear from you in the New Year. I can’t wait to see all the great things Jesus has in store for us! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
